Megan's pov

1 week after birth of Emma

"Calum, get up!" I shouted. I have been trying to get him out of bed for the last 20 minutes.

"Just give me 5 more minutes!" He mumbled.

"No! We can't be late for our first appointment!" I shouted.

Emma had her first week appointment today and Calum was deciding to not get out of bed this morning.

"Please, 5 minutes babe!" He mumbled.

"That's it babe!" I shouted. I jumped up onto the bed and bounced everywhere. I jumped over him, on him and next to him.

"No babe, please!" He said, curling up into a ball.

"Come on, loser!" I shouted.

"No!" He said, pulling me down and holding me to the bed.

"Calum get off!" I shouted.

"Never!" He said.

"Calum! We need to leave in like 20 minutes!" I shouted.

"Fine go!" He said, letting me free.

I went back downstairs to Emma and waited for Calum to get up and come down, except he didn't.

"For fuck sake Calum!" I groaned, knowing he had gone back to sleep.

I went into the kitchen, grabbed a cup and filled it with water. I went back upstairs and into our room where Calum was asleep, again.

I through the water over his face and he quickly sat up.

"What the fuck!" He shouted, sitting up.

"Get the fuck up, we need to go!" I shouted dragging him out of the bed.

"Alright, alright! I'm up!" He said.

"Finally! You have 15 minutes, now get in that fucking shower you tit!" I shouted, leaving him in the room.

I went downstairs and waited with Emma.

"You're dad is always going to make us late, everywhere we go! So you better get used to it!" I said to Emma, putting her in some clothes.

"I'm ready babe!" Calum shouted, running down the stairs.

"Your tops on backwards!" I laughed.

"Fuck!" He said, turning his top round.

"Don't swear!" I shouted.

"Did you not here yourself upstairs?" He asked.

"Yeah, but there wasn't a baby around was there?" I replied.

"Shut up, let's go babe!" He smiled, grabbing his car keys.

I carried Emma out and into her seat and I sat next to Calum.

"Sorry I wouldn't get up this morning," Calum said, as he drove to the hospital.

"It's alright. I understand. I'm pretty tired too," I replied.

"Yeah, I never thought that parenting actually made you this tired," he said.

"Yeah, me neither. You want to take a nap when we get back?" I asked.

"Yeah, I would love too, babe!" He smiled.

He parked at the hospital and we all got out. We put Emma in a carrier and Calum carried her into the hospital.

As we were a little late, we were able to go straight in.

"Hello," I said, as we walked in.

"Hi, how are you doing?" The doctor asked.
