Hey, here my poems comes again!
For all my friends who speak Swedish I've put the Swedish version at the bottom. Also for other Swedish speakers, please comment!
If you don't know Swedish you aren't missing anything: the poem is absolutely the same in both languages.
Personally I like the English one better.

Raindrops are falling heavy outside
The sky is grey and clouded
It's autumn now, when everything dies
I'm the only one left
Alive
Höst
Regndroppar faller tunga utanför
Himlen är grå och mulen
Det är höst nu, då allting dör
Jag är den enda kvar
Som lever
