this routine went on for days.
meals skipped and constant practicing.
i felt weaker and weaker by the day but as soon as i see myself in the mirror, i remember why i'm doing this to myself.
my muscles were more prominent and i could see myself losing fat.
i was getting more compliments from our dance instructor and that made me feel good about myself.
of course there were some days where i felt like giving up and just stuff my face with food but i just needed a quick glance at my reflection and i knew.
i knew that no matter how much progress i have made so far,
it is definitely not enough.
and that was all i need to keep me going.
