Adam's POV-

I strolled into work on Monday feeling completely refreshed. Today started off pretty good. Mason said "Dada" again, me and Alesa were closer than ever, Max and me figured out what we were. This week had a great vibe to it.

As I sat down at my desk Emily came in to my office, she was wearing some reading glasses and was going through some paperwork. This was normal for a Monday of course.

"Adam... I've got your schedule right here." She said, fishing through the sheets of dead tree. She finally came to my schedule and handed it to me. I put down my coffee and thanked Emily as she disappeared towards John's (Barney's) office.

Along with other things were on there. The Cookie Dough Challenge was the main thing that was standing out for me. I put the sheet of paper down next to my keyboard and picked up my coffee, heading towards the door.

"Max?" I called out, peering around the doorway, looking in all directions. No reply. "Michael?" (Red). Just then, Michael appeared around the corner, doing his Apple voice.

"Yeah, Adam?" He said excitedly.

"Have you seen Max?" I chuckled, sipping my coffee once more. He pointed towards the kitchen and headed back where he came from. I took towards the kitchen and found Max standing next to the sink whistling a tune while rinsing out a cup.

"Max?" I said, Max jumped at spun round, giving me an angry stare.

"Don't sneak up on me!" He moaned, turning back towards the sink, picking up the cup and placing it on the side.

"Sorry!" I said sarcastically, as if he'd overreacted... he totally overreacted.

"What did you want anyway?" He questioned, pulling some juice out of the fridge. He never usually drank juice. I didn't question it.

"Where did we put the cookie dough?" I said, scratching my neck.

"In here." He said, patting the cupboard.

"Well get it out and prepped. We're doing the challenge in about twenty minutes." I said, backing out of the kitchen.

Max's POV-

"Hey guys, Sky here- and today I'm joined by Max,"

"Hi."

"Ross,"

"Ye."

"And Barney." Adam said, gesturing to all of us as he said our names. He continued to explain what we were doing and then made a few jokes.

"Stuff it all in, Adam!" Ross said while Adam choked on some cookie dough. I looked Adam right in the eyes and winked, the camera being behind me as to not be seen.

"No no..." Adam said as he grabbed the trash can and pretty much threw up the cookie dough. I nearly followed him as the sound made me gag.

After the recording was complete Adam was tired and felt ill, as did we all.

"Wanna come play Smash Bros later guys?" Ross asked the others. They all nodded and got back to work.

After work I hopped in my car and headed home. Ross was coming home with the guys in about an hour because he had to finish downloading something. When I parked up my car my phone rang.

"Hello?" I answered the phone and unlocked the door to the apartment.

"Max? Is it cool if I head over now? I'm done for the day and Ross and John are just planning stuff for tomorrow. Michael is going home first too..." Adam said, he sounded as if he was carrying something to his car, I could hear the wind and his car keys rattling. But I could hear he was struggling with something.

"Yeah, sure. I just got back."

"Oh okay. Be over soon, just gotta call Alesa." He said and hung up. I sat down on the couch and began playing Smash Bros. When it got to the title screen I put the controller down and went to the cupboard. I was in the middle of making some tea when I heard a knock at the door.

Adam's POV-

"Max?" I called, knocking on the door again. I checked my watch and cleared my throat and was about to knock again when I heard Max call, and open the door.

"Coming! Geez Adam..." he said in an irritated tone. I chuckled and apologised and walked in after Max, pushing the door closed behind me.

"So..." Max said, looking at me somewhat awkwardly.

"So..." I said back, looking at Max and forcing a wayward smile. We giggled slightly and I sat on the couch while Max gave me a controller.

"I'm going to thrash you." Max said.

"With Elsa?" I questioned, putting as little sarcasm into the question as possible. Max paused, turned to me and punched out at me, I anticipated it and grabbed his hand. "Tututut" I laughed, pushing him back. Max struggled beneath me as I wrestled him, he was laughing by now, so was I.

"Adam stop!" He yelled, using all his strength to push me off of him, I fought back but he won and I tumbled to the ground with a loud thud, pulling Max with me.

"Ow!" I yelled, cursing under gritted teeth.

"So-sorry!" Max said, chuckling slightly. I turned and Max was laying next to me, facing me, our faces mere inches from eachother.

"So..." I said, leaning forward slightly, my word hanging in the air as our lips met.
