White sauce

Ingredients:
1. 2 tbs plain flour
2. Half cup milk
3. Grated cheese one cup
4.  1 tbs Butter

Procedure:
Take a container and put it on stove. Heat on mid flame. Immediately add butter in it. When melted add milk then plain flour and mix for a while. Then add cheese to it, stir till it thickens and your sauce is ready to use.

Serving idea:   You can add oregano or chilly flakes to it for a twist in sauce.
