Apps needed:
-superimpose
Open superimpose and chose a background that coordinates with the PNG of choice.
Here are a few example backgrounds. You can also have ones with patterns it really just depends on what you like.

After finding your background place it in superimpose and find a PNG of chose. You can find PNGs on google just by searching up the persons name and PNG. (EX: Crystal Reed PNG) you can also find PNGs in my PNG book.
When you find the PNG open it as a foreground in superimpose and merge.
After merging save to camera roll and there you go!
