Dipper POV
It's been a week since Mabel and I arrived to gravity falls, a place full of mysteries and creatures that are believed to be only a myth, right now I have some time to myself so I decided to go out into the woods and think by myself of the dreams I've been having, you see while other people have tons or no dreams at all I've only had one dream ever since I could remember, I've never had any other dream and I always dream it.
/dream still dipper POV/
I'm running through a forest, jumping over roots and dodging low branches, I'm laughing but I also hear another laugh one that belongs to a man behind me "catch me if you can~" I say and keep running until I come to a clearing that has a beautiful lake in the middle, I stop to not fall in but someone rams into me from behind and we both fall in, but the water is surprisingly warm and the lake wasn't that deep just enough for me to walk in it, I walk towards the edge when I feel arms carry me bridal style and lift me off the lake "allow me princess" says that voice from beside me but I don't look at him I just chuckle and say "you don't have to call me that you know" I feel soft grass beneath me and those arms wrap around me and I feel his breath on my shoulder "but what if I want to princess" I giggle "bill stop it your making me blush" I playfully whine "oh is her highness afraid of getting a little red, well then maybe I shouldn't do this!" He pulls me down with a laugh and I feel his arms leave me but I feel strong hands again when they grab my wrists and pins them above my head, I look to the side and feel his stare on me and then I feel one of those hands let go and move my head so that I'm looking at him, problem is I can't see him very well because there's a very bright light behind his head that makes his face look fuzzy and hard to see certain things, but what I could see was that he had messy golden hair and only one electric blue eye was visible then he leaned in and..

"Ugh, why is that all that happens?" I whine, that's been the exact same dream for years but that's it, I've told people about it and I ended up with five different psychologists, so I decided to say that they stopped, but it's just a lie 'I wish I knew what it means, all I know is that the place has tall trees and that the guy's name was bill, what coul-' I stopped my thoughts when I noticed something, there was a path that I've never seen before around here and isn't charted on the journals either and being the curious girl that I am I went in it, and as I kept walking I couldn't help but feel this sense of Deja vu, it felt so familiar yet so distant and I couldn't help but notice similarities between my dream and this part of the forest, like the trees, they also had that sense of mystical beauty, like I couldn't find them anywhere else even if I looked everywhere, I walked over roots and moved branches out of my way and I can't believe what I saw, it was the clearing from my dream and there's no doubt about it, the same crystal clear water, the way it reflects the sunlight is the same even the soft green grass is the same "woah, this is just weird, how could I have dreamt this?" I was beyond confused, I've never been here before right? Then how would I know exactly how it looked like but then again there was someone else with me, wonder who that was? But then I looked at the sun setting "oh shoot grunkle Stan is gonna kill me" I say and make my way towards the shack but not without marking a x one of the first trees with a pocket knife.

I'm about to go to bed expecting the dream I always had but was really surprised that it wasn't

He pulled away smirking and I could feel my face burning but even so I realized that the glow wasn't so bright now and I could see him slightly clearer and noticed that he had freckles "like what you see?" He said grinning "shu-shut up!" I said getting him off of me and getting up, I look to the sky and see that the sun was setting "oh shoot, I have to get back" I said "what's the hurry?" The guy said lying down "my sister is going to freak if I don't get back before sundown" he got up with a sigh "alright, let's go" he said grumpily, I laughed "how are you so immature?" "I'm just fun to be around besides maturity is overrated" I laughed and we walked to the other end of the clearing and walked straight and eventually something came to view, it was stone like, bright and big but I couldn't see what it was because of the trees, I turned around to look at him and even though it was darker he was still bright and fuzzy so I still couldn't see him very well "well I think this is where we say goodbye, huh?" "Yeah I can't risk them seeing me, goodnight princess" he said leaning in to kiss my forehead "goodbye" I said and walked away

I woke up feeling both sad and confused, confused because I had a different dream and sad because that's how we sounded like, sad.
