ok just a warning this theory is gonna seem so stupid and idk if its a just me thing but ya

I don't know about you guys but when its dead silent and I lay down I always hear something moving around. Nobody is there and I know that for a fact but I still hear things moving around. What if the things we hear are just our past selves.

Heres my theory,

It's going to sound so stupid and ridiculous but what if like our past selves who have died follow us around. They protect us from things and etc. but they're dead so they don't sleep. So when they don't need to look out for us or whatever they just make noise or walk around. I was thinking about this and it seems kind of stupid but I don't know,
