Lexi's pov

"Hey, guys. What's up? Hope you guys don't mind me joining?" He asked.

We all had our mouths hung open but Aaron was the first one to recover.

"Hey, man. How are you doing? And we are really glad you joined us." When Aaron said that we are glad that he joined us Cameron's eyes drifted to me eyes drifted to me.

"Guys we should head inside we have already missed the first 10 mins of the movie," Dylan said.

We all nodded and went inside. After buying the tickets we went into the hall and were about to sit.

It was something like this.

The corner seat was occupied by Nate then Liv then Aaron sat beside Liv. I obviously sat beside Aaron then there was the question who would sit beside me because now only Dylan and Cameron were left. Cameron noticed the seat first and hurriedly sat beside me. Leaving Dylan to sit beside him with a frown.

Through the corner of my eyes, I could feel Cameron grinning like an idiot and look at me through his lashes in between the movie. I just shrugged it off and watched the rest of the movie.

Cameron's pov

When I reached the theater I don't know why but I was really excited to meet her. Get to know her.

For the first time ever I, Cameron Jones was excited on meeting girl!! I like it the other way around.

When I finally spotted them I started going near them. I couldn't help but check out Lexi. She was looking hot! Her shorts were a bit short which she paired off with a gray top and-and a pull over shirt. Her hair was left in slight waves. Her hair looked so so soft and shiny. I wonder how her hair would feel if I touch it.

Snap out of it Cameron!

I reached them " Hey guys. What's up? Hope you don't mind me joining?"

They all had their mouths little hung open well accept Dylan maybe because he knew I was coming. Aaron was the first one to recover and reply me.

" Hey, man. How are you doing? And We are really glad you joined us."

When he said that my eyes drifted off to Lexi who was looking at me wide-eyed.

I just smirked.

Dylan told us that we should go inside as we have already missed the first 10 mins of the movie.

We all headed in and soon everyone else was seated except me and Dylan. And there were only two chairs available. One at the end and other between that seat and Lexi's seat.

THERE'S NO WAY I AM GOING TO LET DYLAN SIT NEXT TO LEXI FOR THE WHOLE MOVIE!! I quickly hurried and sat beside her grinning. I saw Dylan realized that he had to sit in the corner and had a frown on his face. I kept glancing at Lexi throughout the movie.

I know she saw me looking at her. But hey a guy has gotta take what he gets right!?

The movie soon ended and it was only 8:45.

"So guys the movie was pretty good. But I really don't want to go home yet. You guys wanna go to that pizzeria just around the block?" That blond girl Liv asked.

I took it as my cue to try and talk to Lexi.

"Yaa sure. Liv right?" I asked she nodded .

I turned to that other guy who was with us and said:"You must be Nate?" He nodded and shook my hand.

Then I turned to Lexi and said while smirking.

"So you must be Alexis. Aaron's sister right?"

She nodded"Yaa. But call me Lexi"

She said and I nodded smiling.

We went to the pizzeria and took a table. I sat beside Lexi. Dylan and Aaron were gone to order our pizzas.

I looked around and saw Nate and Liv talking so I tried to make conversation with Lexi.

(C for Cameron/ L for Lexi)

C-"So Lexi did you like the movie?"

L-"Yaa it was alright. I prefer more comedy romantic types."

I nodded

C-"Soo how has your senior year been so far?"

L- " It's been nice so far. How is yours going?"

C-"It's going great and I think I already made more friends."

She looked a bit shocked that I considered them as my friends considering that jonah was my only friend but surely gave me a breathtaking smile.

Soon the guys came back and we all ate, chatted and laughed and I got to know Lexi a little bit.

Later we all said our goodbyes and I thanked them all for letting me join them to which they said that they had a great time with me too and would love to hang out with me later. I just nodded then left.

Maybe this could be the start of a new friendship between me and Lexi.
