"Someone's feisty". Rick said through the phone

"Shut up, what do you want". Mitch said again

"I wanted to talk to my son but your even better".

Mitch rolled his eyes. "What's that suppose to mean".

Rick laughed. "Your a very attractive young man but... Your not for my son, my son deserves someone much better than a worthless piece of shit like you". Scott's father spat into the phone

"It's been six months, your son just turned 20 a few days ago, yet, you still talk to him like you have authority over him?" Mitch said into the phone

"Ah yes, his mother did tell me it was his birthday a few days ago but I really didn't care for it, he might be an adult legally but in my eyes, he's still a child. He's still making child like decisions and it's come to my understanding your turning 20 in two weeks, yes"?

Mitch furrowed his eyes brows. "Yes". He said slowly. "You told you that".

"Oh your parents, they're nice people ya know. I just can't believe they raised you the way they did, to make you believe it's okay to be a faggot, such as my son". Rick spat into the phone

Mitch shook his head. "They didn't make me believe anything, I don't have to go by my parents beliefs. I can have my own, I believe that being gay is fine and that there's nothing wrong with it and they support me, that didn't make me believe that it's okay to be gay, that's not how they raised me but they did raise me to believe that I can be myself, no matter what society thinks. They told me when I came out to them that, they think being gay is wrong and that your not really born that way but then they told me that I was going to be okay and that they were going to support me and I think you should do the same for your son". Mitch said

"Don't tell me how to treat my son". Rick replied

Mitch signed and rolled his eyes. "That's all you got from what I told you. Your really unbelievable".

Rick laughed. "Whatever, I just called to get the date of the wedding".

Mitch rolled his eyes. "Didn't you hear Scott earlier, your not invited". And with that Mitch hung up

He quickly walked up stairs and entered their bedroom to check on Scott.
