Brave Child
Why do you cry at night?
Are the shadows bothering you,
Best we turn on the light?Young Child
You guess our age with wrinkles
Howling with pain of oldness,
Yet the thought of being old twinkles.Naive Child
You've yet to feel life's horrific touch.
Death knawing along our walls,
But it doesn't frighten you much.Sweet Child
Why do you push us away?
You think we're immortal,
Yet Death isn't always at bay.
