*Time skip to when Aredian arrives to Camelot 2 days later*

*Merlin stands next Arthur, trying not to look terrified*

Arthur: *Grabs Merlin's hand and gives a reassuring squeeze*

Merlin: *Calms down a little*

Aredian: *Walks up to Uther* Hello. I'm Aredian

Uther: I'm glad you were able to make it. I hope had a safe journey

Aredian: Yes. It was fine

Uther: When would you like to get started?

Aredian: I've already started *Looks at Merlin*

Merlin: *Hides behind Arthur *

Arthur: *Glares at Aredian *

Aredian: I'm going to go to my chambers now

Uther: Alright. One of our servents will show you to your chambers

Aredian: Can I have the one behind the Prince?

Arthur: It's fine. I don't need him for anything right now *Turns around to look at Merlin and whispers * It's going to be ok

Merlin: *Nods and walks over to Aredian* Right this way Sir *Walks the Cathedral*

Aredian: *Follows Merlin* So, do you know anything that is going on? *Smirks*

Merlin: No *Tries to keep the nervousness out of his voice*

Aredian: So you haven't heard what's going on?

Merlin: Oh no. I've heard but I don't know anything about it *Gets to Aredian's chambers* Here you go sir

Aredian: Thank you *Walks in*

Merlin: *Runs off to Arthur's chambers and runs in hugging Arthur crying*

Arthur: *Rubs Merlin's back trying to calm him* It's going to be ok

Merlin: No it's not. He already suspects me

Arthur: How do you know?

Merlin: He was questioning me, smiling

Arthur: *Lifts Merlin's chin up* Merlin, I won't let anything happen to you or our child, alright?

Merlin: *Nods*

Arthur: Alright then, let's go to bed
