It All Started With An Email (Yandere Dev x Reader)

Chapter Six: I'm Sorry

"Y-Yandere Dev?" You choke out, after a few moments of processing it in your mind.

"Yes y/n" He smiled.

"No. You're not him." Though his voice had a ring to it, it wasn't enough to convince you that this man is your Yandere Dev-pai.

He sighed before replying, "I cannot make you believe that I am Yandere Dev but, I assure you, I'm the real deal."

You decide to challenge him as proof that he's the authentic developer of your favourite game.

"Alright. If you're really Yandere Dev, what is my email account?"

"That's easy, it's (your email address)." He answered.

You gasped, he got your email right. Completely and accurately right.

"Next... What email did I send you?"

"A bug where you can't pick up the weapons. You decide to report it to me immediately, and I responded nicely as soon as you sent the mail. Soon, we chatted until..." He replied, recalling all of the details of your email. He had apparently cut off the part where he had hurt you.

"Until you replied rudely to me." You finished his sentence. That alone made tears well up in your eyes. "I asked you nicely! Then you replied rudely! It hurts Yandere Dev! It hurts!" You raged, tears flowing down your cheeks again.

"I'm sorry y/n. I'm sorry! I didn't fully read your email that's why I...I replied rudely to you." He enveloped you in his arms, burying his head on your hair. "I'm really sorry..."

You seemed to be taken aback by his action but nevertheless, you melted into his arms and rubbed his back. "It's okay Yandere Dev... I...forgive you."

"Thank you, y/n." He removed his arms from your body and stood up. He held out a hand for you to hold on, you know, for support in standing up. He helped you get to your feet and led you out into the cold night.

You wrapped your arms around yourself, to keep you warm in the cold night. Then, you felt a warm cloth being slipped on your back, warmth quickly spreading on your body. You look back at him, he was getting a bit cold too.

"Take back your coat Senpai." You slipped off the coat and attempted to give it back to him yet he declined. "Just accept it Senpai."

"No need y/n. You need it more than I need it. A gentleman is supposed to be like that right?" He stated.

You nodded and wore the coat he gave you and walked on the asphalt in this cold night. Your hands seemed to brush with his and soon, you were gripping on it.

You felt something warm on your cheek. You were blushing at your contact with his hand. You didn't mind it at all but your cheeks were only getting hotter and hotter.

You were just thankful that he wasn't noticing that you're already a tomato.

He walked you home. You removed the coat from your body once you were in front of your door.

"Goodnight Senpai." You said after unlocking the door.

"Goodnight y/n." He replied. He moved a little bit closer to you, lips brushing against your forehead.

You went blushing madly, and he smiled at you before walking away towards his home. You stood frozen on your place, still blushing as you recalled the forehead kiss he gave you.

You enter the house and headed immediately to your bedroom. You muffled your screams on your pillow.

Though something happened on this night, it was one memorable day for you.
