"Eddie, uh, I mean Cobalt, I mean Malcolm, brother, I thought you were dead," gasped a surprised Barry. "Mom told me you were a stillborn but all this time you've been alive."
"Yes," replied Malcolm (Eddie). "I've been alive all this time and it's about time you realized Bear! I'm also a metahuman. See the Blue Flame in my hands. It's something my adoptive family taught me. It's called the Thawne Flame!"
The brothers go to catch up. They're glad to see each other once again.
"I want to start a new life as a hero," says Malcolm, "I never want to lose you again Bear."
"Okay," replies Barry, "you're no longer Cobalt. You're now Sapphire Prince."
"I like it," Malcolm replies, "when do we start taking out the baddies? When do we crush Zoom?"
"Soon," replies Barry, "first there's someone who wants to see you."
"Who?" Inquires Malcolm, "Joe, Iris, Wally?"
"No," replies Barry, "Iabard Thawne."
