Destiny's POV

I quickly balanced myself as I tried not to panic. I then turned to go back but then I saw flocks of bird popping out of a bush which caused me to jump and fall over.

Luckily I hanged on to a vine that wrapped on to a plant, but I felt a rip. The vine wasn't strong enough, so I knew I couldn't hold on much longer.

Oh why did I leave?

I should have asked Peter to come. I should have listened to him. I felt regrets going through my mind.

The vine was ripping slowly every minute that passed. I could feel my eyes water as I looked down into the darkness. This was it my deathbed. I could feel the vine rip even more and me being let down. I closed my eyes as I felt the vine rip all the way and I screamed until I felt someone's hand grab mine. I looked up to see Peter holding me.

" I got you. " , he said

" I'm sorry I should have listened to you. " , I panicked

" It's ok. I knew you were going to need my help anyway. " , he shrugged

I could feel his hand slipping from mine. I was too far to be reached up.

" Peter, please don't let go. Please don't let go. I'm scared. " , I whimpered.

" Destiny. You are going to have to let go of me, our hands are slipping. " , he said.

" Peter. Please I'm sorry I will listen and behave don't let go. " , I cried

" Destiny...you have to trust me. Just let go. " , he said as his eyes widened.

Peter was struggling to hold my grip as sweat poured down his face. I had no other choice but to let go.
