Right so this is simple and can (once again) be done on superimpose or picsart and it's basically the same process.

You'll need this template and a character PNG/white-black BG pic.
So you add the PNG and put it on top of the frame then mask all of it out until it's in the frame:

And that is literally it- I said it was simple.
I used a 'drama' filter on Snapseed because it makes it look awesomer.
Then I added text on phonto.
