WELL FEAR NOT! HERE'S THE FLIPPING TUTORIAL FOR ALL YOU BITCHES!
STEP ONE
First, you go to draw, and using the paint bucket (first go to layers, then the bucket) you pick a color; I went for a pretty pink/purple.

STEP TWO
Go to Add Photo and choose a gif of your liking. I went for one of the amazing Cara Delevigne.

Position the png how you want it, then instead of choosing 'normal', you pick color burn.

Now you are almost there. Add your title and you are done!

I tried it a few times after I wrote this down, with different colors and pngs:
- Really bright colors don't work sometimes (yellow and green don't, pink, purple, cyan do). I reccomend using pastel shades or a bit darker ones if you want more colors.
- Dark colors look a bit weird, depending on which exactly.
