You just realized that Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is actually a horror movie.
Willy Wonka knew that the children would get hurt in his factory. After Augustus gets sucked up the shoot,they all hop on a board the boat through the tunnel of doom. The boat doesn't have 2 extra seats though. It was made with prior knowledge that they would loose participants before that point. Later they drive a cream spewing car with only 4 seats. Did they have another car in the garage waiting to be used in case the others made it. Of course not this shows that Willy Wonka uses children to make candy!!!
