It's dark when Chris comes back. Where he went, I don't know, all I do know is that he's calmed down.

I was able to stop crying a few minutes ago, but my eyes are still red and swollen. This has been the slowest, most miserable day of my life.

So of course, when Chris sees that I've been crying, he believes it is because of him. I actually don't mind it, it helps clear my mind of Matt for a few minutes.

"Oh heck, I didn't mean to make you so upset, Morgan," Chris says sitting on the bed next to me. I stay silent and turn away from him.

"I didn't mean it," he pleads. "You know I could never hurt you. I don't know what got in to me. I guess I wanted to pick a fight. I was angry at everything, and I took it put on you. I'm so sorry, Morgan."

"Actually, I don't know," I say quietly.

"Wh- what?" I guess he expected I would take his apology and things would go back to normal. But like I said before, today is not a good day to mess with me.

"How can I accept your apology when you've already told so many lies?" I lay my head back in the tear soaked pillow and keep turned away from him. I probably couldn't take looking at him without crying.

"Lies? That was all the truth," he says annoyed.

"Maybe that's what you think, but you've already hurt me more times than I can count."

"I'm trying my best-"

"Your best sucks then. Your best would've been leaving my with my family instead of bringing me here. Do you know how much that hurt? It almost crushed me."

"This isn't being fair-" his voice starts to rise.

"Fair? Oh you know all about fair right? Because taking me from my family was completely fair,"I retort. My voice starts to rise and I finally look at him.

"After all that happened," he says lowly.

"Oh ok, how about the time you lied and said you wouldn't force me to do anything?"

He looks a mixture of confused and irritated. "I never lied about that," he snaps.

I don't need words, all I do is stick my hand in front of his face. The hand that has the wedding ring.

His face drops a little, "I'm not making you do anything."

"Really?" I ask scooting away from him. "Because I think proposing to me in front of your family was a good way to make sure I couldn't say no."

"It was your choice," Chris says growing more irritated by the second. He doesn't look so sad anymore. "I didn't make you say yes."

"But Jonathan did, and you know that," I fire right back.

"So what if I did?" He flings his hands up, "I gave you another chance to say no."

"But I couldn't!" I stand up and walk away from the bed. "This is why I can't trust you. You are always forcing me in to things and acting like you're completely innocent!"

"Stop saying that!" He gets up and starts getting close to me.

"No!" He lashes out and grabs my arms and holds me still. "Let me go!" I fight.

"Calm down." He orders, I keep squirming. He shakes me.

"This is what I'm talking about-"

He cuts me off. "This isn't hurting you, I'm just trying to help you."
