Vance was alarmed when he heard Ziva's and Tony's daughter's scream and got out of his office down to the main office. When he got there he saw a crying Tali and a few shocked faces, from persons who knew her father very well. Just then the elevator opened and Gibbs came in alongside McGee, both rushing over to Tali's side as she was having trouble to stand alone.
He faced the tv screen and was shocked instantly. There was a pale and injured Tony on a stretcher who looked almost lifeless. Gibbs and McGee took Tali to the break room and tried to calm her but since she already lost her mother she couldn't bear to let her father go too.
