"Uh, yes, that's my name." I nod. I seriously don't want to make a fool out of myself.
"So, do you want to join or not?" She asked.
"Actually. I want to start my own pack."

She poured me a cup of coffee.
Silence.
We were in Rosie's Bakery.
Shira wanted to talk to me and Nolan about this.
She turned to him. "So, are you okay with this?"
"With what?" He asked as he drank his coffee.
"With having a baby with her."
Nolan did a spit take. The guy on the counter gave a small smile but I'm pretty sure he's not happy.
"Whoa, I think you got the wrong idea, sis!"
Shira wiped her hands on a handkerchief. Her eyes were dead serious. "I'm not playing around! In order to start your own pack, a wolf has to mate with another wolf!"
Nolan's eyes narrowed. "Can't she have one by herself!?"
I tilt my head to the side, "um, Nolan, that's not how it works."
He lays a ten dollar bill on the counter along with a five dollar bill. He stands up.
"Fine. But, we have to turn her to a werewolf first." He said to Shira.
She nods silently.
"Fine. We'll do it when we get back."
