The next day after school I followed Zane home. He had earbuds in so he didn't hear me. "I need to ask her out." I hear him say to himself. "No...she will deny." He sighed as he went up the steps to his house. I looked in the window and saw his dad sitting down reading. "Dad." Zane said. His dad looked up. "I need advice about my friend." His dad laughed. "Son whats wrong?" "I have a crush on her but I don't know if she likes me." "Name?" Zane sat down beside him. "Kaylee." My eyes widen, Me?! I slipped and fell into the bushes. Zane walked out the door looking. He saw me, "Kaylee?!" He yelled confused. "H-Hey.." My face was red. He brought me in and I cleaned up. I had hit my knee and it was bleeding. I grunted as he asked why I was there. "I just.." He dad stared me down. "I'm sorry for this I should be going." I turned to leave but Zane grabbed my wrist...
