"So Shawn, about your new song, is it about anyone?" Ellen asked me. That's right, I was on eh Ellen show.

"Yeah..."

"Who's the lucky girl?"

"It's actually about a boy..."

"WHAT! You're gay?"

"No, no, not that I have anything against gay people, it's about a boy losing someone he truly cares for and seeing his best friend betray him,"

"Is this boy you?" yes, yes, it is.

"No. I just imagined what heartbreak was like,"

"Wow. We're all looking forward to this new song. It's gonna be released on Friday, am I right,"

"No, you're wrong actually. I'm releasing it in NOW!" the whole stage lit up and everyone in the audience was screaming and it made me so happy.

"OMGOSH Shawn. We didn't expect this at all,"

"I planned this and was so excited when I thought about it,"

"Well guys, you heard it first on The Ellen Show! Shawn Mendes' song has just dropped on iTunes. Buy it now! After the break, Shawn is gonna be performing it for us!" we cut to a commercial and I started preparing. It was awesome.

I started feeling really emotional because it was about Camila, although, I must admit that some bits were made up. I really hope that she isn't watching this interview because she's the only one that can tell when I'm welling up.

I was watching random TV when I saw that The Ellen Show was on. Ellen is one of my fav people so of course I'm gonna watch her show. IT'S HILARIOUS!

"Hey Lauren, do you wanna watch some Ellen with me?" I ask as Lauren was walking past with a mug of hot chocolate.

"Yes please," she said, as she hurried to snuggle beneath the faded old blanket I was snuggling under.

"So Shawn," I heard Ellen say. NO.  I turned to switch the channel but Lauren stopped me.

"It won't do you any harm. Stop being scared. This shows that you're weak," I stopped. She was right.

 I was watching Shawn perform his new song. The Weight-it was actually really good-when at the end, I saw him tearing up a bit. I was sure he was because he does that sort of face and it's quite noticeable but not many people do notice it. This lead me to my next question.

Is the song about me?
