#22: Autumn

Log Horizon's Day Out.

Shiro called all the members of Log Horizon. They went into a village with a festival. Shiro told his guild members to enjoy the day before going into a battle. Aris was excited to pick on girls. Fye gathered spices. Rin and Aika had concert. Naru was trying more tricks on the Griffon they caught. Akame, Shiro, and Shira went into a shrine. They sat at the stairs. "Shiro, why are we here?", Akame asked. "Maybe because I just want to spend more time before engaging in battle", Shiro answered. "Uhmmm. Shiro. What do you want to do?", Akame asked. "I just want to ride the Griffon again", Shiro answered. "Then let's ride", Akame's eyes widened. Shiro looked at Shira. "Go enjoy yourself, I'll hang around Naru or Aris", Shira pushed the two down the stairs. Shiro and Akame rode the Griffon. Natsu noticed Shira on the staircase. "Jealous?", Natsu asked. "No way", Shira laughed.

"It's good to be young", Naru sat with Shira. "Shira, be more honest to yourself", Naru said then flicked her forehead. "I'll be accompanying Fye. Want to come?", Naru asked. Shira shook her head. She wandered on the streets alone. The girl bumped into Aris. "Oh, Aris", Shira called out. "Shira, what are you doing here?", Aris asked while holding kids around him. "Picking up girls... You're actually going around and playing with kids", Shira teased.

Akame and Shiro went down. Aika saw Akame and grabbed her for a dress shopping. Shiro was left alone and also wandered. He saw Shira at an accessory store. "You look good with earpiercing", Shiro gave a thumbs up. Shira turned her back around him. "How was the ride?", Shira asked. "It was enjoyable. We'll ride tomorrow since we're creating the map", Shiro informed. "Shiro, we'll do it with the team", Shira glared at him. "I just want to play more", Shiro pouted. "Then let's play!!", Shira shouted in irritation. Shiro was shocked. "I found some place ", Shira informed.

UnderWater Kingdom
100 Meters away from the village
Shiro and Shira changed into swimming clothes. Shiro was startled to see Shira in swimming suit. "Nah!", Shiro closed his eyes. "Shiro,I'll be going ahead", Shira dove and entered some caves. Shiro sighed and followed afterwards. "I can breathe?", Shiro was suprised. "Of course you will, this is not the real world", Shira knocked on his forehead. "Then, why are we playing instead of joining the mission?", Shira straightly asked. "I just want to be with you guys", Shiro answered. "What are you saying? We'll leave in this game together", Shira humphed him. They enjoyed the underwater view. After a while, they rested at a huge rock. "Shira, do you remember everything I taught yoy before?", Shiro asked. "Maybe", Shira answered. "How about map making?", Shiro asked. The girl nodded. "Then, it's all settled now", Shiro sighed. "Why are you making me do these things as if you're going away?", Shira asked. "No particular reason. I just want you to know these things", Shiro answered. "We'll be splitting into groups. Sorry that you're the only one with no accompaniment. Me and Fye, Aris and Naru, Rin and Akame will be joining the other expeditions. I guess you'll be with Akashi. No worries, he'll be protecting you. Let's finish this so we can go back to Aika and to our families and friends", Shiro stood up and offered a hand. Shira took it. She slipped and bumped into Shiro's chest. "So-", Shira was startled when Shiro pulled her closer.

"Come back alive. I'll be waiting for you", Shiro whispered. It sent chill into Shira and red shade crept into her face. She just nodded.

Night at the Village
Everyone gathered on the top of the mountains to watch fireworks. Shira and the girls are in Yukata while the boys are in regular clothings. "You look good", Fye praised Aika. The little girl flushed and held into Fye. "Obvious", they all commented. "Oh, I cant believe that my destiny is just beside me", Aris teased Shira. The girl glared at her. "Master, do I look weird?", Akame asked. "Not really, you are amazing", Shiro smiled. Shira raised an eyebrow and humphed the guy.

The fireworks started...

Shiro'S POV
As soon as possible, I want to be reunited with them. Plan will be,

Different groups will secure some areas and destroy respawning temples of monsters. Fye and I will be roaming around and creating the map. This will take around 2-3 months. Afterwhich, we can reunite together to raid the Boss' room. My intuition is that, the boss is in the highest tower in this game. We just have to look for him.

"You thinking too deep, you'll have wrinkles", Naru noticed. "Yhup! Dont worry, I will also do my best to support", Aika assured. "We wont die", Rin added. I was stunned and unable to say anything. "Why are you so suprised? You're the one who created this team", Shira asked. I smiled and gave a group hug to all of them. "Let's meet again".
