I blushed.
Am I in love with Echo?
Am I in love with my best friend?
“A—uhm. Ang ingay mo kasi ee.” I said while blushing

I blushed.
“You know, akin yang pagkain nayan diba?” I pointed the food. Iniba ko yung usapan. Naiilang ako ee.
Lumunok muna siya bago sumagot.
“You don’t have to change the topic. Just admit it. You like me or can I say attracted to me?” He said while smiling playfully.
WHAT THE HELL IS HE SAYING? Halata ba akong attracted sa kanya?
Deny it, Misha. Deny that you’re attracted to him. What the hell? Attracted?
Napakunot ang noo ko sa kanya.
“I’m not changing the topic! You know, just get out! And put this in your mind, that I WILL NEVER BE LIKE THOSE OTHER GIRLS, who’s losing their mind, when you’re near! And I will never fall in love with you! Jerk!” I shouted to him.
He stared to me with wide eyes. Then, bigla siyang naka-recover.
Nabigla ako sa sinabi ko? What am I thinking? Why did I said that?
Bigla siyang tumayo sa kama and ---
“Eat your food, make sure to lock that window---“he said while pointing the window. “—and maaga kang gumising bukas. Because we’re going back.” He said.
Hindi niya ko tinitingan sa mata. He’s avoiding my eyes.
Did I hurt him that much? I mentally asked myself.
Yes, you hurt him, idiot!
“Echo, I’m sor—“He stopped me.
“Goodnight.” Hindi niya ko pinatapos at lumabas nan g kwarto.
Shit! Shit! Shit! He’s mad!
Bakit ko ba kasi sinabi yun?
Bumalik nalang ako sa pagkain.
