Well, they're implanted at birth. Chips, electronic chips about the size of a Micro SD Card. They are put in our necks. And no matter how hard anyone has tried, nobody has been able to remove their chip. I was implanted with one. And so were you. And so was everybody else. But that's not the story I'm telling you.
