Jace's POV-
My reaction to Isabela's text was to automatically flush my phone down the toilet.
Somebody must have given her my number, because I deleted her contact a really long time ago.
What the hell was Isabela doing In New York?
I took a shower, got dressed, and wondered about it while brushing my teeth.
What was going to happen now?
Was she going to try to see me?
Did she want me to take her back?
And who had leaked my number?
Riele's POV-
All of my sleep fuzzies came off in the shower.
I got dressed with a really big smile on my face, I had it all planned out.
First Jace and I were going to have breakfast or something, then we were going to Macy's to buy Christmas presents.
After that was ice skating and a short rest at the hotel. Then to end things perfectly a quiet walk arouI wore a special red and black sweater dress, black tights and a pair of boots, I added a scarf because it had been snowing last night and put my gloves in my purse.
"It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!"
I sang to myself happily. I couldn't wait to get out there with Jace, after my make up was finished and I fluffed out my curls. Time to head down to the lobby.
Jace's POV- I was down in the lobby a minute after Riele. She looked so bright and happy, I hoped nothing would go wrong today, my goddess needed a little Christmas cheer this morning and I couldn't be distracted by Isabela's text, Riele deserved all of my attention and more.
"Hey, you ready to face New York?"
"Yes, definately!"
Riele bounced up and down with excitement, I almost laughed she looked so much like a kid with ADHD.
"Rie, calm down, there's only one place where you should have this much energy."
I smirked, taking her hand and leading her outside the hotel to the freezing cold sidewalk to get a cab.
Riele pinched my arm.
"Ow!"
"Jace, quit making me blush!"
She commanded. I chuckled.
"Why are you blushing?"
She rolled her coco brown eyes and used her free hand to grab my arm, leaning her head against my shoulder.
