Marinate any meat that you want to cook with some coconut milk & spices. Put aside an hour more or less. It will be tender, juicy & succulent.
Fenugreek & bitter gourd is good to lower your blood glucose but watch out the low blood pressure people because it lowers your pressure too
Okra or lady's finger is also good to lower your blood glucose.
While cooking white rice , just add a tea spoon of coconut oil, the rice taste so good.

Then place it into a air tight container. It will last long.
Never keep vegetables that is soaked with water in the fridge, it will frost. So wrap it with kitchen tissue ( don't use newspaper, it is not good because of the printers ink that will stick to the veggie ) then place it into a plastic bag with some hole in it to keep it cool.
