my thoughts are locked up, like a bird in a cage,
Never to be free,
When will they see,
Its not all me,
Or is it?
Don't you see,
That I'm sick inside?,
No amount of therapy or pills,
Can cure this disease
Once the darkness takes you in it's welcoming arms ,
There is no way out,
Your chained to this sickness,
Each day and night,
It pulls you closer ,
And whispers in your ear when your most lonely,
You think it's confronting you,
You think it's your friend,
But would a friend let you die?
