"What are you not telling me?"

"Babe, what are you getting?" Louis pondered out-loud, leaning into Avery's side and glancing at her menu.
"I'm not sure, what are you's getting?" Avery questioned, looking out at Kendall and Gigi as well as their dates who were Louis' former bandmates. Well they were still in the band but they were having a break.
"I think I want the chicken burger." Gigi spoke, sipping on her lemonade as she scanned the steakhouse menu.
"I think I want the sirloin steak." Harry grinned, leaning towards Kendall to see what she was interested in.
"The chicken wings look good."

As the moon peeked through the clouds in the sky, stars scattering across a black canvas, the three couples laughed and enjoyed each other's company, the food long gone as they sipped on Prosecco with strawberries bobbing in their glasses, it was soon interrupted by Harry's phone ringing, Kendall rolled her eyes as Harry excused himself, answering the call as he stepped outside the restaurant.
"He's always on that phone, I swear to god." Kendall complained as they all stared out to see Harry talking on the phone.
"Do you know who it is?" Avery asked, taking a sip from her drink.
"Some guy named Dylan? I don't even know, they always argue about Hannah." Louis shoots up, immediately on his feet and storming out of the restaurant, making his way towards Harry.
"Maybe you should consider dumping him mate, he doesn't sound like he's treating you all that good." Harry suggested, leaning against the brick wall of the restaurant, listening to Dylan's reply, announcing his love for Jace even though they were going through yet another rough patch.
"Louis' alright, he keeps having moments where he zones out and I swear to God if I see Hannah-" The dent between his eyebrows forms as he spoke of his hatred of Hannah, wanting her to see the state she had left Louis in.
"Harry?" Louis spoke, causing Harry to end the call abruptly, shoving his phone into his trouser pocket.
"Hey." Harry smiled, Louis leaning against the wall next to him, their height difference emphasised even more by the heel on Harry's shoes.
"What was that all about?" Louis asked with a frown, reaching into his blazer pocket to grab his pack of cigarettes and a lighter.
"I just don't think you should be against Dylan and Jace, Dylan and I have been talking for a while and even though we have our differences we're still getting along. He wants to invite you and Avery to a skiing trip with him and Jace, because it's their fifth year anniversary coming up."
"Five years? Jesus Christ." Louis spoke, blowing out the smoke and watching it swirl into the night sky. The warmth of the smoke heats up his insides which was a big juxtaposition towards the cold air outside. His lungs tighten as his body pushes out the bad air into the atmosphere. He couldn't help but think that if Hannah and him were still together it would be three or four years of them being together. He didn't really count the first year seeming as they had their ups and downs and they weren't officially together. They were put together... and that's one of the things why he was so thankful for his management.
"Yeah, but they're having problems in their relationship and Dylan doesn't know what to do.
"I mean I wouldn't be able to last five years with Jace so-"
