Chapter 15

The next thing Taehyung knew was he woke
up to nobody next to him the next morning.
Guilts already showering him because the
last night's event.

He knows he should call Yeri, well, at least
says sorry?

But something stopped him when his phone
screen shows 1 chat from Jimin, 20 missed
calls and 8 messages from the girl.

KakaoTalk:
You have 1 message!

Jiminnie: had to work im sorry. lets talk about
this with yeri or maybe i can talk to her myself
if you want...

20 missed calls: Yeri

8 new messages!

Yeri: taegyung

Yeri: geez taeHyung

Yeri: taehyung why wont u answer

Yeri: taehyung i need to talk

Yeri: it's important

Yeri: meet me at the usual place

Yeri: 10am

Yeri: tAEHYUNG!!!

Taehyung was confused why didn't she text
him in one message. Seems like she was rather
excited or something. Weird.

He curses as he saw the 9:45 a.m. on his
digital clock, and get up from the bed where
he laid right now.

"Yeri will double kill me..."

But she didn't.

Taehyung walked hastily into the cafe with
his pajamas still on. But it's normal because
it's not his first time though, the owner,
Byun Baekhyun already knew him too well,

"Milk and cookies?" like his own son.

After Taehyung replied "yes yes mom" he
picked the seat in the corner near the glass
window so he could see outside.

In case Yeri was walking in.

Ten in the morning and Yeri was on time,
she walked in and saw Taehyung dipping a kookie (a/n: sorri) into the milk on his glass.

Taehyung almost choked on his cookie when
Yeri sat across him. Suddenly he was scared
as if she'd choke him right away.

"Yeriㅡ look, I can explain, " "You and Jimin
in relationship?? Behind me?! Why didn't
you tell me earlier?!!"

Taehyung shuts her mouth by stuffing some
cookies onto her mouth. "We're in public!" he
scream whispering.

"And to answer your question, no! We're not
in a relationship, okay? We just... well- "

"Why not?" Yeri's bunny eyes make its appearance bringing confusion for Taehyung.

"What do you mean why not?!"

Yeri frowned, "Help me" she said quietly but
enough for Taehyung to hear.

"I think I'm the one who need an explanation" Taehyung stuffed another
cookie into her mouth, "Now that I gave you
my cookies, you should tell me" he adds.

Yeri curved a thin smile.

"It's an arranged marriage after all, it's not
what I want. It's something I have to do. And
I...already have someone in my heart that
is not Jimin...get it?" she shortly explained.

Taehyung is now the one frowned, "Wait, I
thoughtㅡ wait, you even asked me if he likes
you or not- "

"That's why! And you answered that he might
likes me, so when you said it like that, I just
thought I have to be with him because if I
left him, his feelings might be hurt. So that's
why"

Taehyung feel like smiling until it hurts his
cheeks, he smiled. It feels funny. Even Yeri
laughs along.

"And then I know Jimin loves you" she added.

"Pft, how do you know, you barely saw us
together, little girl"

Yeri pouts at the nickname, "Excuse you, my
innocent eyes just saw an amazing scene
last night, should I screamed it out?" Taehyung
quickly covered her mouth by shoving her
his last cookie. But he smiled at the word
"amazing".

"His texts for me were nothing. He couldn't
text you because of our parents' shitty plans.
It's same. He actually didn't want to text me
in the first place, but he had to." Yeri finishes.

Both having a staring contest until Taehyung
breaks it leaning closer to the table.

"Yeri, I'm sorry...for everything"

"Shut up, we gotta help each other out of
this maze" Yeri replied and smiles. Today
Taehyung just had his heart light and threw
his stress away. He is happy.

Taehyung had his second glass of milk and
the other had a cup of ice tea on her hand.
They both laughed at the misunderstood they
had as if it was no big problem.

But something had bothered Yeri.

"But, by the way, Tae..."

Taehyung hummed,

"You haven't wash up after you sex, am I
right?" Yeri pointed at the pajamas.

Taehyung grinning like an idiot he is and
the next thing he know was Yeri bid him a
goodbye because she have class, she said.

"You horny kid go take a bath!" Baekhyun
slapped Taehyung's head while cleaning
his table.

"Geez, mom just how many ears do you
have?" Taehyung rubbed his not hurt head.

But he went home anyway. And take a bath.

With Jimin.

Just kidding.
