So those letters inside the close and open parenthesis are supposed to have similar characters beside the letter.

Example

When turning

'Ta' to 'Da' you just need to add (") this to change it.

タ - タ"

Same goes for

When turning 'Ha' to 'Pa' you just add (°)

ハ = ハ°
