Dipper's Pov.
Me and Mabel ran out of our room and down the stairs. The week was over so that means were ungrounded. When we got downstairs Mabel ran to the living room and sat on the floor and watched the TV. I walked to the kitchen and searched the fridge for a soda. Once I found on that wasn't half drunken I walked to the living room and sat down on the floor next to Mabel. I opened the can and sipped it. I placed it beside me. Mabel looked at me with her usual happy smile. "Dip! Let's go outside!" Mabel said. "Um. Ok. But we have to ask Grunkle Stan." I stood up and ran to Grunkle Stan's room. I knocked on his door until he opened it. "What do you want kid?" Grunkle Stan asked me, annoyed. "Can me and Mabel go on a mystery hunt?" I asked slightly rushed. "Sure. Don't bother me again." He said and shut the door again. I smiled and ran back to Mabel. "What did he say?" Mabel asked me. "He said yes!" "Then lets go!" Mabel grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the house. I closed the door and we ran into the forest.
