"I...I guess" I huff. She looks at me , studying my look but shrugs it off.
"Come on" I say softly. We walk into the class sitting down. She sits next to me smiling with her pencil out eagerly, fixing her teal scrunchy holding him her light brown hair. I look over her, hoping to everything this goes well, I hear kids begin to snicker as I look over Mia
"Someone's horny?" I hear a whisper and look over, snapping my gaze to Alexus. She smirks at me

"Good morning class!" She rings setting down a model. Alexus smirks going back to her seat, getting comfortable
"Now as you know our unit is on werewolves' mating season. Today we will be doing a test on what you've learned in the presentation yesterday as well as being able to spot a werewolf in heat vs when it isn't" she explains, handing out papers for us to fill out
"Mia, since you're new I can work with you" she says
"Actually can I work with him?" Mia points to me with a kind smile
"I like making friends and he showed me around this morning" her smile shines warmly. The class was silent. Looking at her like she was crazy
"With Ashton? I don't think that is a very good idea.." she stumbles over her words
"Why not? He said he would tutor me if I needed" Mia asks innocently. The teacher opens and closes her mouth
"Ms. Kilano, I think I'll be able to help her out"'I say looking back into her eyes. The teacher stares back at me and back to Mia
"If you feel uncomfortable at all feel free to move away from him" she says., Mia giggles
"I don't know why I would feel uncomfortable but. Ok" she says. Looking over at me with a wide smile. I feel heat envelop my cheeks as she moves over to pair up. Getting our papers we get to work
