Now since you're all stressed out about chapter 16, I can trick you into reading this chapter. Baths are very calming. Consider purchasing a bath bomb and buying flowers and candles to match! You could just sit there in the nice warm water and wash that stress right off. Or if you're broke and want something that isn't ridiculously expensive and can be used more than once, consider buying just a bottle of bath soap. Spearmint works wonders for stress. Hot water relaxes muscles (great for tense shoulders), lowers body tension, alleviates migraine, reduces swelling, reduces anxiety (excuse me while I heat my bath water to a nice boiling temperature to burn away my anxiety), acts as a nasal decongestant (so does mint), cleans pores, and can reduce acne.
