Chapter Five

Chapter Five-

Lying before me were bodies- Human bodies. And not just one either. I walked around the lifeless carcasses until I couldn't take the horror anymore. I gasped and ran to Hunter's room.

Before I opened his door I wiped the few tears coming from my eyes, took a deep breath and opened the door with a smile.

" I have to go, babe" I said picking up my jacket and other belongings. He grabbed my hand but i violently shook it off. I couldn't believe what i had just saw. But

"What's up with you?" He said looking concerned. I tried not looking in his hypnotic blue eyes and stared at the ground instead.

"N-Nothing I just really have to go." I ran to his front door and closed it. Realizing I didn't have a car I sighed and started my journey walking home. 

10 mins into my walk , I look at my watch. 

7:35 pm

I silently muttered a curse and started to quicken my pace. I heard a car honk behind me but I didn't turn around, thinking it was Hunter.

I stopped and turned around to find not Hunter but another person in a white Mercedes driving the car idly. They pull the window down and the person in the drivers seat I have never seen before. He had Brown fluffy hair and a white tee was on his bronzed, chiseled chest. 

The dude was cute or whatever but sure was a creeper. He looked about his early 20's so why was he stalking a 15 year old high schooler?

I didn't like the looks of this.

"Get in" he said with a straight face.

"Who are you? And Why are you telling me what to d-"

"GET IN THE CAR NOW!" Right when he said that bullets flew over my head. I was confused and lost so I ran into the car and he sped off.

" I will tell you all the information later. Okay? It will be a 2 hour drive to get to the location so go to sleep." HE said with no emotion. Who was this mysterious guy?

All the question flooding my bruised mind tired me so I fell silently asleep.

Mysterious Guy's P.O.V-

I turned on the radio to pley somne 90's rock as I stooped at a stop light. I looked at the girl sleeping and smiled but quickly stopped. This was a mission and I wasn't supposed to fall in love with the target. I am supposed to keep her safe and that's all.

That is all..

Alejandra's P.O.V-

I woke up an hour and half later to find us driving on hills in the countryside. I have never been here before and it feels weird being here. i wonder if my mum has called the police. i hope so I don't like this feeling I am getting.

"Are we there yet?" I asked. I know it's a childish question but I just had to know.

He peered at me and quietly but hoarsely said " No. Almost."

I shivered. It wasn't cold but the werid feeling was coming back. I started to play with my fingers since there was nothing else to do.  I heard the guy chuckle and I stared furiously at him.

"What is so funny, Mister?" I growled at him.

He kept his eyes on the road as he answered. "Oh Nothing." 

I rolled my eyes and stared out the window. I couldn't believe I got shot at. I mean I am not the best kid but I don't think I am so bad to be shot at in the face. 

"We are here" The man says as he stops the car in a driveway of a BIG house. I guess the man saw my eyes grow huge because he grinned.

"Come on" he said as he pushed me into the front doors.

We walked past two guards with AK-47s to the foyer of the house.

"You will be staying here for awhile till its safe for you to leave." He said grabbing my arm to a blue colored room. It was way bigger than my one at home but that doesn't mean I want to stay here.

I was about to ask the man his name but I turned around and he was gone and the door was locked. I started pounding on the door.

"GET ME OUT!" I started sobbing. I didn't want to be here. I wanted my old life back not some locked up one.

I got tired after a while and fell a sleep in a plushable, king size bed.

"Get up!" The man and a gaurd pulled me out of the bed. Sleeply I rubbed my eyes and yawned.

"What  do you want?" I asked.

"You have questions, don't you.?" He sneered.

I nodded.

"Then follow me and I will answer your questions." We walked to what looked like a conference room and I sat on one side as the man sat on the other. He had a cup of coffee and he rubbed his chin.

"You can ask only 10 questions. You may begin" He said placing the cup down.

I thought carefully. I couldn't be careless and I had to hurry also. The look on his face does not seem very happy.

"Why did I get shot at?"

He sighed as he started the story..
