The first word in the Lightning Thief is 'look', the last word in the Last Olympian is 'back'. Put them together and it says "Look back."
The first word in the Lost Hero is 'before', and the last word in the Blood of Olympus is "unknown". Put together it says " before unknown".
Put all four words together and it says "Look back, before unknown." Which I take to mean, look at the hero's and the camps before they knew of each other.
