    AS WE cannot feel voltage neither current so its doesnt exist...not convinced ok we need a rational explation to this sometimes we feel volatge when getting shock....or is it current who knows

    So i hope u got the basic idea the more is the height ( the voltage ) the more is the flow of water ( current).

    V proportional to I
    V=RI 
    For ohmic circuits ie the circuit which shows linear variation of voltage and current. .
