My best friend Jacob got into detention. For texting me in class, and I feel guilty that he had to take the fault. But I also hate waiting.

Ughhhh.

Finally, he exits detention, I frown.

"Im so so sorry J, that you had to took the fault. What can I do in return?"

His chuckle echoes through the school halls, "nothing at all. And, um.. Why are you still here? Arent you suppose to go home since the past 2 hours"

"I waited for you, silly."

"what? Why?! You waited two HOURS, just for me?"

"You took the whole blame, just for me" I said mimickimg him.

"Yeah, but. Two hours"

"Same with you, you also got stuck here for two hours"

"Yeah, cause Its my own fau-"

"Jacob, its our fault"

"Why are you not letting me take the blame?" He tilts his his head comfused, "anyone I know would let me take the blame, even my parents" he continues.

"Because.... I love you, I care for you"

"I have been waiting for you to say that for 13 years. I love you too" he pulls me into a deep kiss.

We pull away, "will you be my girlfriend?"

"Yes"
