Another moment pass
In frustration and misery.
Another headache borne
Of heartache and shattered dreams.
Will you stay? Stay another day.
Stay with me in the darkness
Don't go away.
In thorny paths I walk,
Without a rose in memory.
In stormy roads I ride,
Black clouds as far as I can see.
Don't leave alone in the bitter rain.
Don't let me lie alone
With my pain.
A heavy boulder on my shoulder,
A burden on my heart.
The day keeps getting colder.
Another lonely hour starts.
Alas! I'm alone to lament this misery.
The scornful finger of the world
Points at me.
