Me and Four entered dauntless together except I was born dauntless and he chose dauntless. While still in training he was just over the line while I was second so I started training him and he moved up the ranks to first place surpassing me and Eric. We became really close to the point as to where he told me he's divergent, his real name is Tobias, and his father use to abuse of him but I promised never to tell and I kept my word and over time we became dauntless leaders together. I was the only person he talked to which made me feel special.

When new recruits came in the first to jump was a stiff, but the way she looked at him gave me a bad feeling for some reason but I don't know why. She started getting close to him which got me worried since we barely saw each other now a days. When I went to visit him since I didn't see him for the day he was taking of his shirt showing her the tattoo, telling her he's divergent which made me feel upset and when they started to lean in I couldn't take it so I ran to the training ground and refused to cry. I threw knifes at each target with so much strength the hilt was against the board, then went straight to using the punching bag which I change my clothes just to be a bit more flexible. "I see someone's trying to keep that sexy figure of theirs?" Someone with an arrogant tone said "I see someone's disturbing my practice" I said continuing to punch and kick the punching bag while said person walks into view. "What do you want Eric?" I said stopping to look at him "nothing just saw you destroying the punching bag and well wanted to see what's wrong?" He said holding the punching bag and motion for me to continue. "Nothing's wrong" I said through pants "you sure it doesn't have something to do with your dear Four" when he mentioned Four I hit the bag harder than intended. He grinned at me as I glared before turning around taking off the wrapping around my hand from my knuckles to a bit below my wrist ending in the middle of my forearm. "Look I know I can come of as a bit dickish-" he said before I interupted "a bit?" I said looking at him "but you are dauntless leader and how you act can also affect the initiates so get it together" he said crossing his arms in front of him and glaring at me a bit because I interrupted him "So that's the long emotionless way to say 'I was concerned about you huh?'" I said with a smirk while he didn't look me straight in the eye. I did one of the three most unexpected things ever. I hugged him, thanked him, AND kissed him on the cheek........... but me being me I friend zoned him.

The next day I woke up in a apartment that wasn't mind. I looked to see Eric sleeping beside he was snoring a bit and I was using his upper arm as pillow. "Hey Eric wake up we gotta eat and rain hell on the initiates and we can't do that from here even if this is comfortable" I said honestly while putting my head back where it was, he just rolled on top of me muttering in his shirt (you was wearing one of his shirts) "10 more minutes" he said "..... is that Four talking to Max and Max looks like he's agreeing and shaking hands" let me tell you something he got up so fast and got out of bed with the same velocity I almost cried from how much I was laughing. He came back and started tickling me which got me to laugh louder and beg for mercy. I put on my black ripped jeans and tied the back of the black muscle shirt I was wearing cause again it's his and lifted it up so it was above my bellybutton. Then we walked towards the cafeteria talking about scare tactics.

Four p.o.v.

When Tris was about to kiss me I pulled away and told her with the utmost honestly that I had feeling for someone else. She nod and left the room. It's true that I have been spending more time with Tris but it was only because I think she has an important job to do for all the factions and I'm getting her prepared for a battle. I went looking for Y/n the next day but she wasn't in her room or the training ground, when I finally found her she was off in a corner talking to Eric of all people but that's not what sent me over the edge it was the smiles, the giggling and the arm touching that riled me up. I walked over to them, grabbed Y/n by the arm, threw her over my shoulder and drag her out while she was spitting profanities at me which she NEVER did even if she was hella pissed at me. "What's going on?" I asked her "other than you dragging me away nothing at all everything was peachy so go back to fucking with initiates" she said yanking her arms out of my grasp, but I grabbed her again and kissed her; She was struggling so I held her closer and continued to kiss her so she can know my feelings for her. After a bit she stopped struggling and kissed me back I slowly let up and her arms slipped out and wrapped one around my neck and the other in my hair. We finally separated, her hair and clothes were a bit of a mess, her lips were bruised and her eyes doe like, but to me she still looks gorgeous. "I love you not Tris not Christina not Tori you Y/n" I told her. She looked into my eyes and nod "I love you too".

"No more flirting with Eric"

"No promises his biceps are comfy and huge"
