Rae- Can make anyone feel happy. Also can make anyone fall in love.
Vic- Can make anyone feel sad. Also can make anyone hate eachother.
Jules- Can make anyone feel fear(doesn't like to use power). Is half cat (ears&tail)
Vic,jules, & rae go to a school for people with powers. Rae & Vic's power are both very powerful powers. Better than anyone around them. Jules power is just as good as theirs but nobody notices her.
