I applied my face mask and turned up the stereo blasting AC/DC while dancing around in my pajamas, I then grabbed my hairbrush and started using it as my microphone
"I'M ON THE HIGHWAY TO HELL!"
I sang loudly
"HIGHWAY TO HELL"
That was until I was interrupted by loud obnoxious knocking which I decided to ignore and instead turn up the volume
The banging on the door then grew louder
"What?!" I yelled as I flinged the door open revealing my mother crossing her arms
"Turn that---that devil music down!" She yelled
I smiled and instead cranked the music louder
"I'M ON THE HIGHWAY TO HELL!" I screamed
She then proceeded to yank the hairbrush out of my hands
"TURN IT OFF NOW!" She said
I scoffed
"Quit annoying me and I'll consider" I said
she raised an eyebrow
I scoffed again
"Fine" I said turning down the stereo,
only now that it was quiet all I could hear was echoing laugher
I furrowed my eyebrows
"You have company?"
"Me? no. Your brother? yes" she said
"Geez, a heads up would have been great!" I said sarcastically
I then heard echoing laughter
"Highway to hell!" I heard a high pitched voice yell
I stormed out of my room and into my brother's to find him mocking me with his comb in hand
"I"M GOING TO KILL YOU!" I yelled
my focus then shifted
"didn't you have company?" I asked
"I did" he said
"well which one of your dork friends was it?" I asked
he chuckled
"Tell me which one of your dork friends was it! I have to make him keep his mouth shut!" I yelled
"He's already gone" he said
I eyed him in confusion
"He left through the window" he said pointing to the open unlocked window
"UGH!" I yelled
"Perfect...just perfect..." I muttered in a sarcastic tone
I walked back to my room and flung myself back into bed
I was closing my eyes,
falling into a nice sleep,
until I was awakened by frequent tapping on my window
"What the---"
my eyes went wide at the sight
