Not So Normal Day

Allison's POV

As usual, I was up before my siblings, so I got the bathroom first. I quickly changed and started to read my book, until Mom called. "Alli, April, Brad! Breakfast!" I walked down there and the phone rang.

"I'll get it!" I said. "Hello? Okay. April, phone!" I yelled.

"Mom, Brad's hogging the bathroom." April complained. "Two minutes." Mom said. April put her stuff down and went to the phone to talk to her guy friend.

"Alli, will you call your father?" Mom asked and I walked towards the vent. "Dad! Breakfast!" I yelled.

"Alli, was that Charlie calling?" He asked. "No, it's Steve." I told him and sat down to eat.

Brad came down with a thermometer in his mouth and got the cat off the table. "Hey Ap, who's Steve again?" I asked her. "The dork from New York." Brad said.

"Shut up, you're such a baby." April said. "He's the new guy at school." She said to me and I nodded. I took the thermometer from Brad's mouth.

"106?" I asked. "Did you tell Mom about your big geometry test you have today?" April asked, then we high-fived.

"Shut up. Just shut up!" Brad said. "You have a test today, Brad?" Mom asked.

"You're real shitheads, you know." He said to us. "Bradley!" Mom scolded.

"Hey Alli, did you have any more weird dreams last night?" April asked. "Yeah, there was this cool guy in it." I answer.

"What'd he do?" She asked excitedly. "He saved me and kissed me." I told her, then we squealed.

"Who kissed who?" Dad asked. "It was just a dream." Mom told him.

"It felt so real." I told April. "What if he's real?" She asked, but I shrugged. "Who'd kiss you?" Brad asked and I smacked him.

"Well, later guys  I got to go to school. Thanks for breakfast Mom." I grabbed my keys and stuff, then went out the door. "See ya later!" I said.

"Take Brad with you!" Dad yelled. "Nope!" I yelled back.

I went to school, but I don't ever pay attention, since I can easily remember these things. I wrote in my notebook about my dream from last night. I drew both images I saw and I felt love.

Time skip

I drove back home and saw Charlie was there. "Hey Alli!" Brad said waving and I waved back, before going to my room. I started to play Johnny Steele's song Power of the Night. I waited until Mom called me down for dinner, since I finished first I stood up.

"I'm going out." I told my parents. "Don't stay out too late." Dad told me. "Whatever."

I left after that and drove around the areas I knew of. I looked up when I saw light flying through the sky, then I ignored it, until I saw another and followed it. But when I didn't see it anymore I started to turn around, then I saw something roll out onto the street and stopped. I slowly walked out, then I saw glowing eyes and they came at me, making me scream.

Ug's POV

We arrived on Earth and heard a scream. We ran towards where it came from and saw one of the Crites trying to kill a girl. When I looked at the girl, I could only think she was the most beautiful creature I've ever seen. I ran over and got it off of her, then shot it.

Allison's POV

When I heard a shot, I looked up and saw the guy from my dream. "You alright?" He asked. "Yeah, thanks." I answered and he helped me stand.

"What was that thing?" I asked. "A Crite. We are bounty hunters." He answered and stared into my eyes.

"What's your name?" He asked. "Allison and you?" I asked. "Ug." He answered.

"Need to find other Crites." His partner said. "Let me help, I'll drive." We got in my car and started to drive away, when I noticed a cop car and stopped. We got out and looked, then I saw Jeff along with his partner transforming.

"Anything?" He asked, but we shook our heads. We got back in my car and it wouldn't start. "Shit!" I got out and started Jeff's car and they got in.
