"Cats old enough to catch there own prey gather for a clan meeting" mews bramblestar. "we are here to welcome three kits to become apprentices" he meows happily. "Boltkit step forward please" boltkit walks up eagerly, after boltkit now boltpaw with squirrelflight his mentor and flowerpaw with cloudtail. it was now my turn, bramblestars attention was now on me. "Fallenkit do you uphold the power of being medicine cat?" he mewed "yes" my voice echoes around the clearing. "then with the powers of starclan Fallenkit from this day forward until you are medicine cat you will be known as fallenpaw and your mentor shall be jayfeather" I walked up to jayfeather and we touched noses. boltpaw! flowerpaw! Fallenpaw! was cheered for. as the apprentices left to explore the territory, I was about to join them when jayfeather called after me "yes?" I mewed "where are you going" he asked me "to explore territory?" I replied. "oh no you need to learn how to use the herbs you'll explore the territory later" he replies, "oh alright" I mumble " but I already know how to use the herbs!" I mumble grumpily. we walked into his den, "since your a medicine apprentice you will sleep in here" he instructs me "okay" I nod not really caring. "This is where the injured cats stay" he mewed. "this is we're we put all the herbs but some times you have to go through them, through out the bad herbs and organize them too" he goes on with me of course not paying attention. He teaches me a bunch of stuff like how and where I would place the herbs. "okay enough for today" he mews to me, he was about to walk away when I call after him "I thought we were going to explore the territory?" I ask " well... what about tomorrow?" he replies not even turning around. "oh okay'' I call back, he didn't show any sign of even paying attention, I turned around and walked quickly over to my new moss nest, laying down and relaxing. I sat there for a few seconds thinking of my new life as a medicine cat. before falling into a dreamless sleep.

Waking up, I look around in confusion, I then remember that I was a apprentice! I get up remember that I had my duties to do. so I went to go sort the herbs, and cleaned the moss. now there was nothing else to do, so we had to go explore the territory! at that moment jayfeather started to stir in his sleep, telling me he was awake! "Can we go now?" I ask, "huh" he mumbles, " what are you doing up so early" he mumbles again. "I uh cleaned up a little so we could go explore the territory" I answer "oh well I can't because well.. I'm blind, so you'll need to go with a warrior to take you" he replies. "Okay" I answer and run off. as I looked around thinking who could give me a your of thunderclan territory? hmm maybe I should ask bramblestar? he's probably busy! I mean he's the leader of clan! I was pulled out of my thoughts as I saw bramblestar start padding up to me, "what are you doing?" he asked "um I need somebody to take me to show territory's" oh well I was just going to do a bor der patrol your welcome to join if you like" he asked me. "I would most defiantly like too" I started to pad towards the entrance of the camp. in the patrol there was berrynose boltpaw and bramblestar. As westarted walking I started chatting with boltpaw, " how is it being an apprentice?" I ask, "its great and my mentor says that I'm one of the best fighters!" He jumps up happily and his black tail shoots up. "how's flowerpaw?" I aasked soon as I said her name his eyes spark up. "she's great, fantastic hunter too" he quickly replies "someone has a crush" I laugh at him! "don't tell okay" he asks worriedly "okay okay I wont" I laugh at him! "GUYS COME UP" yells berrynose, me and boltpaw sprint after them. "What's going on?" Boltpaw mews quickly. "shadow clan has went over the border! and stole prey too! look at the remains" I took a look and saw vole remains. when I smelt something disgusting! "what's that smell" boltpaw meows, "I have no clue" I meow back " shadow clan were at there border!" mews berrynose. "lets go back to camp" meows bramblestar. "okay" I mew.

As we headed back to camp I notice it was dark out and only warriors were out! "what's going on?" mews bramblestar "shadow clan and wind clan has been scented on our territory!" mews mousefur. "windclan?" I was confused when I spoke up, "we know about shadowclan not windclan" berrynose speaks up. "What are we gonna do about it?" flowerpaw meows, "we shall confront them at the next gathering" bramblestar mews. next gathering? I thought that was very close only two moonrises! Then it hit me! was I to go? I heard medicine cats get to go to all the gatherings unless I was told to stay because I was in trouble, or somebody was injured or sick. I was getting excited to go, I mean come on all the clans were gonna be there! "Fallenpaw!" huh? I turn around almost falling on my paws "yes?" I ask it was jayfeather "I need you to get me some cat mint" he told me "oh alright!" I was really happy I got to leave camp! "Ok off you go" he says before turning around and mumbling something about herbs.
