I grabbed the keys to the hair salon & grabbed my check

I'm suppose to be going with my girl tonight so as soon as I got home I took a shower & got dressed I put on a two piece dress & curled my hair

I was waiting for my friend Emma to come & pick me up

a few minutes past & I heard a car honk its horn & I knew it was emma so I left my house with my purse & phone & got in her black benz

" girl you can't be honking your horn this late at night , you know my neighbors are crazy "

" girl I ain't scared , tell them I said wassup with the hands "

" girl shut up , you always trying to fight somebody "

I was checking her outfit out I knew she wasn't going to go all out but she was wearing this one piece & had her hair curled

a few minutes later we pulled up to the club called black panther

Emma knew everybody so we didn't have to wait in that ridiculous line

he chuckled & pulled back the red velvet rope

Emma went straight to the dance floor while I walked to the bar

while I was waiting for my drink I could feel eyes burning on the side of my head

so I turned around & seen a light skin dude , he had nice hair , he was skinny but tall & was fine as hell

but you know me I don't chase after niggas so I continued to wait for my drink

once I got my drink , I glanced over & saw him walking up to me

" wassup ma , what's your name ? "

he had a little accent which made him 10x more attractive

" kailyn but everybody calls me Kai "

" Kailyn that's a pretty name "

" so are you going to tell me your name "

I don't like people being mysterious but it didn't matter because I wasn't staying to chat

I got up & went to the dance floor

as soon as I got up my song came on I don't mind - usher

you know how I get down so I was throwing it back

I felt somebody behind but that made me throw it back even more

I looked back to see if he was cute & it was that dude from the bar

after the song went off I went looking for Emma

I finally found her & we started dancing , we dance for a few hours

I was ready to leave , Emma was drunk , so I had to drive

when we got home I had to drag her upstairs

I undressed her & took her shoes off , I gave her some pajamas to wear

I went into my medicine cabinet & grabbed something for Emma's hangover she's going to have in the morning & left it by the bed with some water

I took a shower & put a cute onesie on & fell straight to sleep

I woke up & realized what time it was & got ready for work

I did my hygiene thing , got dressed , did my makeup , touched up my hair & was straight out the door

I knew I had a few customers coming in today , I think I had the most in the salon & was everybody's favorite , I don't know why but I was

" aye kai , you got a newbie "

I was checking my phone when the person walked in & once I realized who it was I shocked

" hey Kai , can you deep condition "

I laughed at him did he really say deep condition

" what's so funny , how you think a nigga hair look good , I need the best "

I got straight to work & was doing my magic
