Part 5

Asuka's pov.

I was annoyed as I get up in my tree, mostly because the fool had climbed up it to wake me up. It turns out that we were leaving Naruto behind before the four of us head to the bridge with the drunk to keep him safe. The old drunk was almost done with the damned thing meaning we could head back soon. "You have blood on your fingers." He says making me glance down on them before sighing softly. "It's a rabbit blood." I say before licking the blood off my fingers as if it was no big deal with me making him roll his eyes at me. He pulls me from my spot and makes me wash my hands so I only got the blood off one finger annoying me a little for some reason. I was supper happy we were walking away from the dull house that we were staying at but I got this feeling that something fun would happen. I even left my fox at the house to keep an eye on Naruto feeling the blood in my clothes left in that pack would draw unwanted attention to me. When we got to the bridge everyone was knocked out making me worry that Gato had sent men to the house we were at but Naruto was there so things would end alright. I was pulled from my plan as mist starts to roll in around us and I hear the fool say to stick close by but I was going to slip away a little. After all Sasuke and Sakura needed to pull their weight plus I could sense some chakra close by. A trick I had learned on my own over the last few nights as I went hunting. Hunting humans that is, not that the fool or the others really needed to know about that.

I watch the fight with little interest, the way Sasuke was reacting impressed me. A few of the cow's clones were around me and I glare at him holding up my kuani and giving him a look that dared him to try something with me. After all I wasn't afraid of being hurt, so long as I didn't die to have the clan live on. Looks like he thought better of attacking me especially when he saw my kunai had blood on it. I was impressed by Sasuke taking out the clones that were around him before watching as he gets into a fight with that boy with the mask makes me raise a brow at it. When I see the needles I narrow my eyes a little pissed that Sasuke was going to be fighting with him because I wanted to kill the fucker for what he did to me. At least Sasuke was giving him somewhat of a fight. I could tell the boy he was fighting against was holding back his power as he fights. As if he felt bad for Sasuke not having awakened his own blood line trait. I was a little embarrassed that he has yet to do so when I already had. I was thinking that I should just go find his brother, I agreed to wait until Sasuke was sixteen to have a kid with him, I never said anything about his brother. I would be fifteen in a few weeks so once things were settled I would go looking for him so I can talk him into having a child with me. I shake my head needing to clear my head so I can think about the fight at hand. Seeing as how one of the clones of the cow was left near me, I didn't like having so many people around me that could kill me, it glances over at me as I watch what was going on.

"Oi cow what is a bingo book and where can I find one?" I ask board as the fight goes on, no longer interested in it. If Sasuke lost then I didn't need him and only needed his brother. "Ask your teacher." The cow sneers at me so I take out his clone annoyed. I could hear the fool talking about us but didn't pay much mind to it. "Asuka is the most level headed, and cold ninja in our group." The fool says making me chuckle a little at his words. I was cold and I did tell things as they are. I missed what he said about Naruto. I kind of got an interest back in the fight when ice mirrors formed around Sasuke. Now that looked like fun to fight against but I was going to let Sasuke deal with this because it would be good for him.  Something good would come from this, that Sasuke would grow as a person and a ninja if he won this fight. I saw the fool wanted to get involved with Sasuke's fight making me roll my eyes a little. As I told him the night before only the strong survived and the weak got what it deserved to get. If Sasuke lost then he was not strong enough to be part of my clan. I scowl a little when I see Sakura's actions but the smoke that showed up had me think of only one person, Naruto. The whole point of being a ninja was deception and to get the drop of people.  I wasn't shocked when he joined Sasuke in his fight but it was just a problem for Sasuke. Naruto was such a moron, I would have to teach him a lesson later so he knew what to do should he run into this situation once again. I raise my brow when I see Haku save Naruto but wasn't going to question it at all. Then again Naruto did just start something he couldn't finish. I felt eyes on me and notice that both the fool and the cow were watching me as if waiting to see what I would do. I wasn't really sanding near the bridge builder t help protect him but I wasn't to far away to not fight should I be needed. Had I wanted to I could have already started a fight with the cow so the fool could help Sasuke. Now with Naruto in the mix I had a feeling I was going to have to do something.
