Unfortunately Janette was in a car crash, her family was devastated. But Calvin was still waiting to see if Janette would make it.
ONE HOUR LATER
Calvin and his kids were crying in tears because Janette has passed away. Susie was the one who was crying the most. She loved her mom more than crayons. (Which is quite rare in Susie's situation) Larry was silent. He had a tremendous fight with his mom that morning.
Larry's Mind
What if my mom was so stressed out that she crashed.
Larry was the only one now who knew about the fight. He was very mad at himself!
