I forget names
I forget birthdays
I forget a lot of things
But once I know something about you
and I mean really know it
I will never forget
So three years later
When I can no longer call you a friend
I will still think about you on your birthday
I will still think of you when I'm doing something we once did together
I forget a lot of things
But somethings will always be there in the back of my mind
No matter how small or unimportant
I will remeber
Because when it was something you loved I will remeber doing it with you
Because when it's your birthday I will remeber celebrating with you
and that's what I like to remeber
Even if I no longer call you a friend
