*alarm clock sound*

I turned my alarm clock off and checked my phone, seeing Jasmina’s text, 6 minutes ago.

From Jasmina:

Goodmorning Ria! Wakey wakey! See you at school xoxo

To Jasmina:

Good morning, Jas! See you :)

Pagkatapos ko siyang replyan, kinuha ko na yung towel ko at naligo.

After spending a decade in my bathroom, I got out and picked my outfit.

Today's the first day of school, kailangan maganda tayo, so I ended up choosing a white tube top na may zipper sa harapan and a pink skirt, a pink denim cropped jacket and basic black boots.

After choosing my outfit, dumiretso ako sa vanity mirror to do my makeup, minimal lang nilagay ko since sa school ako pupunta. My makeup also enhances my features.

I curled and put mascara on my thick, long lashes. Added some blush on my cheeks and swipe on a natural shade of lipstick. I let my natural, wavy brown hair down. Few jewelry on, a little spray of perfume and I’m ready to go.

Before going down stairs, I grabbed my pink, Michael Kors backpack.

"Goodmorning hija, breakfast is ready." Nakangiting sabi ni Mommy.

"Morning Mom, where's Dad?"

"Upstairs, getting ready for work, love." Sabi ni Mommy habang nagsasalin ng orange juice sa baso ko.

"Let's wait for Dad, Mom."

Tinanguhan lang ako ni Mommy dahil abala siya sa pagtawag sa aming kasambahay. Hindi rin nagtagal, bumaba na rin si Daddy.

"Goodmorning, beautiful ladies." Masayang bati niya sa’min while putting his briefcase down.

"Goodmorning Dad."

He kissed moms lips then he kissed my forehead.

After eating nagpaalam na ako kina Mom at Dad, before heading out. My driver texted me na okay na daw yung kotse and we can go na.

Pagkababa ko ng kotse nakita kong papalapit na sila sa’kin, complete, ako nalang kulang.

"Ria!" Tawag sa’kin ni Nica.

"You're almost late!" Natatawang sabit ni Jas.

"I know, I tried to be early pero mukhang hindi ata bagay sa’kin maging early bird."

"Oh well what's new? Mas mabagal ka pa sa pagong Ria." Pang-iinsulto sa’kin ni Kaye.
I playfully rolled my eyes at her and smirk.

"Girls, that's enough. let's go baka malate tayo." Sambit ni Janina.

When we entered the building marami ang bumati sa’min. Here in our school, we are known as the Queens. A hive of Queen Bees.

I smiled at them, while Nica and Janina waved at them, and both Jasmina and Kaye greeted them back.

We entered our room using the front door giving us a grand entrance, everyone in the room turned their eyes on us.

Nakita ko agad sila Patrick na nakaupo sa last row, doon kami dumiretso.

"Wow, grand entrance huh?" Mapang-asar na salubong sa’min ni Pat.

Nagmake face ako bago umupo sa tabi niya dahil pumasok na si Sir sa room.

"Goodmorning class, I'm Sir John."

The whole class greeted him back.

"Before we proceed, introduce yourselves, please."

"Hi I'm Jasmina dela Fuente." Jasmina, the playful one and can be a 'joker'.

"Nica del Monte, everyone." She's Nica, the chill one, go-with-the-flow type of girl.

"Hi i'm Janina Herrera" Janina, the demure and kind girl.

"Hi everyone! I'm Kaye Hernandez, nice to see you." Kaye, Ms. Friendship.

"I'm Maria Ramos, but I prefer to be called Ria, for short." I'm the attitude one, mabait sa mabait bitchesa sa mga feeling maldita.

Pinakahuling nagpakilala sila Patrick they're known as The Kings. The heartthrobs.

"Andrew Dela Cruz." Andrew, the serious one and Nica's first love.

"Hi guys, Jack Ford, at your service." Jack, the yorme one. Kasi parang laging nangangandidato. Maraming kakilala, pero torpe naman kay Ms. Friendship.

"Philip Bayanin's the name." then he winked. Philip, the playboy type but Jasmina already owns his heart.

"Good morning, I'm Noah Bayanin. pew pew pew." Imitating that he has a gun. Noah, the playful one kabaliktaran ng gusto niyang si Janina.

Noah and Philip are twins, though mas matanda ng ilang minuto si Noah, making him the older one.

And lastly, "I'm Patrick Ramirez. Call me Pat, for short." Patrick, the boyfriend material type and the one who's responsible for stealing my heart.

Pagtapos mag-introduction, as usual inexplain sa’min ni Sir yung mga rules and regulations ng school. As well as the house rules, rules sa classroom.

I let out a sigh and played with my ballpen. Paulit-ulit nalang kasi yan, every year in-eexplain sa’min.

Jasmina immediately noticed that I wasn't listening, siniko niya tagiliran ko.

"Bored?" Tanong niya.

"Yeah." After answering her, kinuha ko nalang yung sketchpad ko at nagdrawing.

Sir John then announced na break time na, excited akong tumayo at inayos ang sarili.

"Finally! Natapos din." Masayang sambit ko.

"Grabe, inantok na ako agad doon." Sabi ni Nica at humikab. Nag-uunat rin yung iba. Mukhang bored nga kami lahat kanina.

"Let's go na." aya sa’min ni Noah.

Sabay-sabay kaming pumunta sa cafeteria.
